Yemen Adjusts Clocks to Sana’a Time, Signals New Regional Equation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemen‘s Supreme Political Council Chairman, Mahdi al-Mashat, declared that as the leader of the Ansar Allah movement issues a warning, the “land of faith and wisdom” listens, urging everyone to adjust their clocks to Sana’a time.
Al-Mashat extended greetings to the Yemeni people for their participation in a massive rally held on the “Friday of Warning and Readiness,” a response to the leader’s call.
He further stated that challenges to legitimate rights and rightful demands will be overcome, asserting, “Either these rights and entitlements are for everyone, or they are for no one.”
Large crowds of Yemenis demonstrated their support for the country’s armed forces and condemned Saudi aggression against Sana’a Airport.
Yesterday, the leader of the Ansar Allah movement emphasized a new reality: “From now on, the real equation is: Sana’a Airport in exchange for Riyadh Airport; airport for airport, port for port, and siege for siege.” He added that Saudi Arabia’s escalation of tensions, stemming from its refusal to accept the continuation of the siege, places it in a false, unjust, aggressive, and oppressive position.
The Ansar Allah leader questioned Saudi Arabia’s insistence on besieging the Yemeni people, keeping them hungry, and depriving them of oil and gas revenues, as well as income derived from them. He also questioned the persistence of poverty and hardship in Yemeni households, suggesting these actions serve Zionism.
