No Tankers Pass Strait of Hormuz for Third Consecutive Day Amid Tensions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, maritime tracking firm Kpler has announced that no oil tankers have passed through the Strait of Hormuz for the third consecutive day. This development occurs amidst ongoing tensions and reciprocal actions between Iran and the United States in the waters south of Iran.
Kpler, a company that monitors global vessel movements, stated that the absence of tanker traffic through the vital waterway has been consistent for three days. The reluctance of shipping companies to navigate their vessels through the Strait of Hormuz follows the collapse of a previously signed memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran. The resumption of attacks on commercial shipping has led to a significant decrease in maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz.
