Ukraine President Zelensky Alleges Russian-Iranian Satellite Cooperation in Persian Gulf

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, has made claims regarding the interception of Russian satellite activities in the Persian Gulf region via a message posted on his personal page. He stated that he will instruct the country’s intelligence agencies to share the alleged information about what he termed “new Russian assistance to Iran” with their partners.

Zelensky asserted that since the beginning of July, Ukraine has registered the active monitoring of Russian spy satellites over the countries of the Persian Gulf and American military installations in the region. He further alleged that the captured images subsequently appear in Iran. In another claim, he suggested a clear correlation between Russian satellite imagery of these sites and Iranian attacks, both prior to strikes for preparation and afterward for damage assessment.

The Ukrainian President specifically claimed that on July 19th and 20th alone, four air bases – two in Bahrain, one in Jordan, and one in Kuwait – were within the targeting range of Russian satellites. He stated that the objective of this action is entirely clear and that no one in the world should ignore this straightforward reality. Zelensky concluded by emphasizing that Russia and the war in Ukraine must be stopped and that international pressure is necessary.
