According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, …

President Donald Trump has indicated he is aware of the specifics surrounding Israel’s recent airstrike on a military airport in the Idlib province of northern Syria, but declined to comment further on the matter. The comments were made during an interview with Israeli television channel 12.

In parallel, another U.S. official informed the Israeli network that Israel had notified Washington of Turkey’s plans to establish a military system at the targeted Syrian airport. The official added that Washington believed the intelligence Israel possessed regarding the Abu al-Duhur airport in Syria was accurate.

The same official also stated that Israel had refrained from reaching an agreement to create a joint operations room with Syria aimed at preventing conflict.

Separately, Israeli television channel 13 quoted a Zionist military official who stated, “We are on the verge of a widespread war with Turkey, as we already have enough fronts of conflict.”

Israel launched an airstrike on Abu al-Duhur airport in Idlib province, northern Syria, early Tuesday. After a 24-hour delay, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed responsibility for the airstrike, asserting it was carried out to prevent Turkey from installing military equipment at the airport. This claim was subsequently denied by the Turkish Presidency hours later.
