New York Times Slams Trump’s Iran Strategy as ‘Catastrophic Strategic Error’

The New York Times has sharply criticized the Trump administration’s policies toward Iran, labeling the ongoing conflict a ‘catastrophic strategic failure’ and a ‘mockery.’

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the American newspaper The New York Times, in a report, has once again criticized the policies of the Trump administration regarding the war against Iran. The report, which has drawn President Trump’s ire, states that Donald Trump‘s failed war against Iran is a military defeat and a catastrophic strategic mistake, resembling a mockery more than anything else.

The New York Times added that “there is no clear plan to end the current conflict against Iran,” and that “we are only witnessing the futile efforts of a desperate president to escape the bitterness of defeat.” According to the American newspaper, the basis and nature of fabricated and deceitful negotiations, along with continuous missile attacks, are merely an attempt to end the war without suffering defeat.
