Syria Condemns Israeli War Minister’s Border Incursion

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, Tuesday, condemned the action by the War Minister of the Zionist regime against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry reacted to the presence of Yisrael Katz, the War Minister of the occupying regime, on Syrian lands in a statement, declaring: “We condemn the illegal entry of Katz and his crossing of Syria’s international borders. This action is a violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
The statement continued: “Israel’s hostile actions are a clear provocation and a violation of international law and the UN Charter, disrupting commitments related to the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.”
The statement emphasized: “Syria calls on the international community to fulfill its legal and political responsibility and take necessary measures to compel the occupying authorities to cease their repeated violations, withdraw the occupying forces immediately and completely from the occupied areas in Syria, return to the disengagement line, and respect Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
It is noteworthy that the office of the War Minister of the Zionist regime announced today, Tuesday, that Katz, accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Staff, the head of the Northern Command, and several other senior officials of the Zionist regime’s army, visited “Mount Hermon”.
