Russia and Iran Pledge to Enhance Strategic Partnership

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia and Iran will continue to bolster their strategic partnership, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.

Andrei Rudenko, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, met with his Iranian counterpart, Mehdi Sobhani, who was in Moscow for a working visit. The meeting focused on bilateral relations and foreign policy cooperation.

According to a statement published on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the two sides engaged in a substantive discussion on current issues related to bilateral relations and cooperation in foreign policy. They reiterated their commitment to the continuous strengthening of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Iran.
