US Diesel Prices Hit New Record Amid Global Oil Fluctuations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, average diesel fuel prices in the United States reached a record $6.30 per gallon on Wednesday, as reported by the American Automobile Association via Anadolu Agency. This marks a significant escalation, with prices having previously crossed the $6 per gallon threshold for the first time just last week, a development attributed to rising global oil costs.

Regional price disparities are evident across the United States, with California recording the highest average price at $8.20 per gallon. Meanwhile, international oil markets saw Brent crude trading at $107.7 per barrel, a 1% daily decrease, though still up 6.4% from the previous week. West Texas Intermediate crude was priced at $104 per barrel.
