Spanish Prime Minister Accuses Netanyahu of Continued Gaza Massacre

Speaking to reporters, Sánchez asserted that he had come to defend the principles and ideals that inspired the founding of the organization, which he believes are being disregarded or undermined by various governments present. The Spanish leader emphasized that peace, sustainability, and equal opportunities are under attack by political currents and governments seeking to revert to a dark past. Sánchez also stressed the necessity of reforming the United Nations Security Council, noting the existence of governments and political movements that deem the UN and multilateral institutions ineffective. He characterized the stance of these groups as contrary to the course of history, built on the flawed foundations of selfishness, ignorance, and cruelty. Sánchez concluded by stating he has witnessed these forces initiating illegal wars and carrying out the slaughter of innocent civilians.
