China Reiterates Strong Support for Cuba’s Socialist Development

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Beijing has emphatically stated its resolute support for Cuba, vowing to back the Caribbean nation’s pursuit of socialist development tailored to its national circumstances. This strong endorsement also includes a commitment to defending Cuba’s national sovereignty and countering external interference.

Guo Xiaojun, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced on Monday that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 66 years ago, China and Cuba have consistently nurtured a deep, intergenerational friendship. He highlighted that in recent years, under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, continuous and stable progress has been made in building a community with a shared future between China and Cuba.
