US Launches Renewed Attacks on Iran, Violating Ceasefire on Trump’s Orders

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) for the Middle East announced that American forces have launched additional attacks against Iran to weaken what it claims is Tehran’s “ability to threaten freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.” A U.S. official confirmed these overt aggressions, which constitute a breach of the ceasefire, telling Axios that the U.S. military is striking Iranian military targets in the Strait of Hormuz.

CENTCOM stated that these attacks are being carried out under the direct order of Donald Trump, Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces. Without acknowledging its own repeated attacks on Iranian territory, which violate agreements, CENTCOM claimed Iran is responsible for the “recent and unjustified aggression against commercial vessels.”

Meanwhile, a U.S. official informed Axios that the targets of these strikes include coastal radars belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, anti-ship missile launch sites, and air defense systems. This official also emphasized that the scope of the attacks conducted today was broader than operations in previous days.

Concurrently, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation, citing an Israeli source, reported that the United States had previously informed the Israeli regime of its decision to attack Iran earlier this evening.
