Explosions Reported in Saudi Arabia, Sirens Sound in Bahrain Amidst Aerial Defense Activity

Multiple explosions have reportedly occurred in Saudi Arabia, with air defense systems active and sirens activated in Bahrain, as the latter’s interior ministry confirmed engagement with aerial threats.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al Jazeera has reported on attacks targeting Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, citing media outlets.

Concurrently with reports of several explosions in Saudi Arabia, the country’s civil defense announced that the national early warning system in the city of Dammam had been activated to signal an imminent threat. Unofficial media sources stated that the U.S. base in Dammam was targeted, although these reports have not yet been confirmed or denied by official Saudi sources.

Separately, the Ministry of Interior in Bahrain announced the activation of warning sirens across the nation. Bahraini television reported that air defense systems were actively intercepting aerial attacks over the country’s airspace.
