Hamas Denounces Escalated Gaza Strikes as Genocide and Ceasefire Violation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hamas has issued a statement denouncing the recent widespread Israeli assaults on the Gaza Strip, characterizing them as an ongoing act of genocide against innocent civilians. The movement emphasized that these attacks underscore the occupying regime’s persistent refusal to implement the ceasefire agreement and its efforts to undermine it.

Hamas further stated that the Israeli regime, through its intensified aggression, is attempting to evade its obligations under the Sharm El Sheikh agreement and is continuing its campaign of war, killing, and destruction against the people of Gaza. The statement concluded with an appeal to the U.S. government, as a supporter of the Sharm El Sheikh agreement, as well as to the guarantor states and mediators, to take necessary actions to confront the criminal behavior of the Israeli regime and force it to comply with its obligations.
