Russia Reports Downing 1,328 Ukrainian Drones and 17 Cruise Missiles, Captures Settlement in Zaporizhzhia
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Saturday that its armed forces have captured the settlement of Rybaliske in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The ministry’s statement indicated that over the past 24 hours, 1,328 Ukrainian drones and 17 Flamingo cruise missiles were destroyed. Additionally, Russian armed forces utilized Geran drones to target a warehouse for long-range drones belonging to the Ukrainian armed forces and a 110-kilovolt power substation in the Chernihiv region.
Meanwhile, Pyotr Bulgakov, commander of the Eastern Group units, informed Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov that his forces have captured 19 settlements during the summer offensive. Bulgakov specified that seven of these settlements are located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and twelve are in the Zaporizhzhia region.
