Russia Strikes Ukrainian Military Infrastructure, Claims Ministry of Defense
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense declared on Wednesday that Russian forces have targeted fuel, energy, and transportation infrastructure employed by the Ukrainian armed forces, citing data published by Mehr News Agency via Sputnik.
The statement indicated that forces from the “Dnepr” group in the Zaporizhzhia region struck the positions of several Ukrainian units, eliminating approximately 40 soldiers, 11 vehicles, and one electronic warfare station.
Moscow also reported that forces from the “North” group in the Kharkiv region are continuing their operations to encircle Ukrainian forces and expand their controlled territory. On the “South” axis, over 155 Ukrainian soldiers and 20 vehicles were targeted.
The Russian Ministry of Defense further reported damage inflicted upon several Ukrainian brigades along the axes of the “West” and “Center” groups, stating that Ukrainian casualties on these fronts exceeded 210 and 380 individuals, respectively.
