FBI Office Attacked in Pennsylvania; Suspect Escapes
The English section of webangah News Agency,citing NBC News,reports that the FBI confirmed a targeted vehicle attack on its field office in Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
According to christopher Giordano, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Pittsburgh office, authorities are searching for a suspect named Donald Henson from Penn Hills, east of Pittsburgh. The agency is requesting any data that could lead to locating him.
Giordano added that following the vehicle attack on the FBI’s entry gate, Henson threw an American flag from his car window over the fence before fleeing the scene.
The FBI described the incident as a terrorist attack against its agency. No personnel were injured during the event.
Images obtained by NBC show a Toyota Corolla believed to be involved in the attack. FBI agents were seen removing a black package from its trunk.
