Israeli Forces Intensify West Bank Raids, Detaining Palestinians
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the West Bank experienced extensive Israeli military incursions into various areas on Thursday morning. These operations, detailed by the Shahab News Agency and reported by the Mehr News Agency, involved raids on Palestinian homes, detentions, and the deployment of military vehicles. The actions coincided with settler aggression, road closures, and power outages affecting several regions.
In the city of Qalqilya, Israeli occupation forces, reinforced by military personnel and a bulldozer, stormed the city. During ensuing confrontations, two Palestinians were injured by occupation forces’ fire. The forces also detained two young men, Fadi Yousef Dawood and Khaled Mahmoud Nezzal, in the Al-Tabaal area. Additionally, Israeli forces raided several homes and demolished a plot of land with a bulldozer.
Israeli soldiers also raided the towns of Hableh and Azzun, south and east of Qalqilya, attacking a residential building in Hableh. Azzun witnessed widespread raids and detentions of Palestinians.
In Tubas Governorate, forces of the occupation regime’s army attacked the city of Tubas and raided one of its homes. They also attacked the town of Tamoun, south of the governorate, deploying military reinforcements and a bulldozer. Widespread detentions of Palestinians were carried out in the city’s neighborhoods. Israeli soldiers also attacked a home in the village of Tayasir, east of Tubas.
In Nablus Governorate, Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Beit Amr in the northwest of the governorate and the town of Sebastia. They also advanced into the city of Nablus from the Beit Furik checkpoint. In the eastern part of Nablus Governorate, a new settlement outpost emerged in the Al-Dahr area, east of Beit Furik. Israeli settlers blocked the road leading to the Al-Mas’oudiya area in northwestern Nablus and cut off power to its residents.
In Jenin Governorate, forces of the occupation regime’s army raided the town of Al-Silat Al-Harithiya in the west of the governorate. During a raid on the village of Kafr Qud in northwestern Jenin, they attacked a house.
In Hebron Governorate, forces of the occupation regime’s army raided the town of Al-Dhahiriya in the south of the governorate. Meanwhile, Israeli settlers blocked the road leading to the village of Umm al-Khair in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Israeli occupation forces also raided the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, and attacked a house. They also raided the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.
